Created a unified graphic identity for SOM’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure a consistent visual language across all internal and external communications.

Developed templates, logo variations, and design guidelines that aligned each ERG with SOM’s brand while allowing unique expressions for each group.

This cohesive approach strengthened ERG visibility, fostered inclusivity, and reinforced SOM's commitment to diversity and community within the organization.

Identity is used across all platforms. Graphics include social media graphics for external communications campaigns during each ERG’s celebration month, internal presentation template, and merch.
